CKA Member-Get-A-Member Contest

We know how much you enjoy your membership and now you have the opportunity to let non-members know how valuable a membership really is, because the best salesperson we have is YOU! That's why we are introducing the Member-Get-A-Member Program!

Entering is easy! Start now by filling out this form below and it will be submitted to your provincial kinesiology association and we will take care of the rest!
Contestants whose referral results in them becoming a member of a provincial kinesiology association will be sent the following CKA/ACK products:
- One new member - CKA/ACK Band-aids and dispenser
- Two new members - CKA/ACK Baseball Caps
- Three or more new members - Name entered in draw for a two night stay at a Delta Hotel in Canada
Member must be in good standing with their provincial association to qualify. Prizes are award
Contest closes December 31, 2008.
