National Kinesiology Week

November 20 - 26, 2023

The CKA hosts National Kinesiology Week annually to remind Canadians that help is available for those who are struggling to achieve the recommended minimum level of physical activity and to adopt an active lifestyle. National Kinesiology Week is a great opportunity for people to meet with kinesiologists who can take the time to better explain to them how it is possible to increase their level of motivation and achieve their health goals.

Various activities are offered across the country during National Kinesiology Week to promote the importance for Canadians to get help for an active lifestyle. Find a Kinesiologist or events near you, visit cka.ca or write us at info@cka.ca

To encourage Kinesiologists to participate in their province and community to increase awareness of the profession, CKA provides promotional resources, material, and tools to Kinesiologists and Provincial Kinesiology Associations.

CKA also provides, from time to time, documents and other material to help Kinesiologists in the delivery of their services.

More information and promotional materials for 2023 National Kinesiology Week will be coming soon.
