Types of Memberships

Professional Member

 

To become an Affiliated Kinesiologist, you must meet the application requirements as outlined by the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. When these requirements are met then you will be granted KANS Affiliate Kinesiologist designation. The applicant must reside in Nova Scotia to be eligible.

Student Member

Student members are those individuals enrolled in University’s Bachelor of Kinesiology program in Nova Scotia. These members are interested in learning more about the opportunities in the field of Kinesiology and to assist in the promotion of the profession.
